Mel Tulagan is a Columbia College Chicago graduate of their traditional animation program. They graduated from Coronado School of the Arts Digital Arts Animation conservatory in 2020.
Mel works does freelance theatrical projection design for local theatre companies and hopes to work in narrative hand drawn and stop motion animation as a storyboard artist and puppet fabricator.
