Mel Tulagan is a San Diego based animator and fabricator. They fell in love with animation in high school at Coronado School of the Arts and graduated from Columbia College Chicago with a BA in traditional animation. They have had films in several film festivals and the San Diego Museum of Art. They hope to work in puppet fabrication and set construction. Mel's credits include work as a set dresser and storyboard artist for Digital Wizards Studios, projection design for numerous local theaters, and freelance work.

Mel loves Postcrossing, Dungeons and Dragons, and National Parks. They enjoy crocheting and watching the Muppets in their free time. They love their weekly soup night with their fellow friends and animators and hope you enjoy their work.
